When you email us
- Send it from the email you use to sign in, so we can find your account.
- Tell us what you were doing and what you expected to happen.
- Please do not email medical records, your Social Security number, or other private details. We will never ask for them by email.
How do I see my bills or change my card?
Sign in, open your Profile, and choose Billing. That opens our secure Stripe billing page, where you can see invoices and update your card.
How does the free trial work?
The 14-day free trial needs a card. If you do not cancel before it ends, your first charge happens the day after. One free trial per account.
How do I cancel?
Open Billing from your Profile and choose cancel. You keep access until the end of the trial or the period you already paid for. If you subscribed in the iPhone or iPad app, cancel through Apple instead.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds follow our Terms. If you think you were charged by mistake, email us and we will look into it. App Store refunds are handled by Apple. Refunds in our Terms
How do I delete my account?
Sign in and go to the Privacy page. Choose Delete my account. This removes your records and statements from our service. It does not cancel an App Store subscription, so cancel that with Apple too. Privacy Center
Who can see my records?
Only you, and anyone you choose to invite. We do not sell your data. Our Privacy page explains what we keep, why, and for how long. Privacy Center
Can you file my claim or represent me?
No. Veterans Benefits AI is for learning and organizing only. We are not a VSO, an attorney, or a claims agent, and we do not file claims or talk to VA for you. We never take a cut of your VA benefits.
Where can I get free help filing?
