For VSOs and accredited representatives
Veterans use this site to organize their own claim prep. When a veteran wants your help, they can share their packet with you. You see it in a read-only professional inbox.
How sharing works
- The veteran makes a share code in their account and sends it to you. We do not email VSOs.
- You sign in to the professional workspace and enter the code.
- A code works for 14 days. The veteran can turn it off at any time.
- You cannot add a veteran yourself. The veteran stays in control of their packet.
What you see
- A live, read-only view of the packet. If the veteran updates it, you see the new version.
- Their conditions, Evidence Map status, missing items, Claim Passport readiness, and where each document came from.
- Only the files the veteran chose to turn on.
- Packet completeness, which shows how much of the prep packet is filled in. It is not a VA rating.
What you can do
- See every packet you have opened in one inbox, sorted with the most required gaps first.
- Keep private notes on each packet. Your notes stay with you.
- Send requested gaps back to the veteran. They see them and update their own packet.
- Download the handoff summary as HTML, Markdown, or JSON.
- Add your office name as a label. We do not check it with VA.
What it costs
There is no VSO charge and no organization fee. The professional workspace costs you nothing.
Veterans pay for their own plan, per veteran: $9.99/mo or $107.99/yr, after a 14-day free trial. Card required up front. We never take a cut of VA benefits.
What this is not
- We are not affiliated with VA. We are not a VSO, a law firm, or a medical practice.
- We do not file claims, send claims, or email anyone. The veteran or their accredited representative files outside this site.
- Sharing a packet is not a VA Form 21-22 and not a power of attorney.
- We do not appoint you or check your accreditation. To sign in, you confirm that you are an accredited VSO or representative.
- This is education and organizing only. Nothing here is a rating, dollar, or eligibility decision.
