Questions

Short answers. Not legal advice. Not a rating and not a payment.

Will this file my claim?

No. You or an accredited representative file. There is no silent filing.

Do you promise a rating or payment?

No. Not a VA rating, not a grant prediction, and not an estimate of dollars.

Are you part of the VA?

Veterans Benefits AI is an independent product of MAOMA Enterprises LLC. Not affiliated with the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.

Do I need a nexus letter?

Not on every claim. We do not assume a paid nexus letter is required. Medical conclusions belong to clinicians.

Can my VSO use this?

If you choose. Accredited VSOs review packets a veteran shares. That inbox is not a VSO charge. The veteran creates the share code. We do not act as a claims agent.

Do you connect to my VA.gov account?

No. We do not use VA.gov OAuth, scrape VA.gov, or pull Lighthouse data.

What happens after I start a packet?

My Records opens. One next organize step. You prepare; we organize. This product does not file.

Are you charging?

14-day free trial — then $9.99/mo (or $107.99/yr). Cancel anytime before day 15 and you won't be charged. One free trial per account. If you already had a subscription or a trial, checkout charges the regular price. Per veteran: $9.99/mo or $107.99/yr (About 10% off a year paid upfront). Not an organization fee. Not a VSO price. Not a rating, grant, or benefits estimate. We never take a percentage of VA pay, a rating, or back pay. We are not a claims agent.

Do you take a cut of my VA benefits?

No. We never take a percentage of VA pay, a rating, or back pay.

Will you send me to a doctor or a lawyer?

We do not steer veterans to shady doctors or lawyers that could jeopardize future benefits or cost them more. Not a contingency-fee shop. Not a referral mill.

What we do and don’t do

You prepare your own claim. We organize and educate. We do not file. Not an accredited representative. Never a percentage of VA pay. We do not invent a diagnosis or an outcome.
