National figures — do not blend them

VBA Monday Morning Workload Report, rating bundle, all missions, Station of Jurisdiction, report through 2026-09-26: average days to complete, fiscal year to date 75.37; month to date 67.77.

Average number of days to complete disability-related claims in August 2026: 68.4. VA.gov how-to-file page updated 2026-09-04. That sentence is national. It is not a regional office and not your claim.

VBA’s workbook says the Station of Jurisdiction (SOJ) is the regional office assigned to work the claim. That office is not necessarily the office nearest you. National Work Queue routing can move work. These averages are for the compensation and pension rating bundle, all missions, in that workbook — not a promise about one veteran’s file.

Regional numbers are the workbook’s Station of Jurisdiction, all-missions rows (the same rows that reproduce the Rating Bundle – SOJ tab for the Northeast offices that tab cached, including Boston at 65.67 fiscal-year-to-date average days to complete). Offices outside that cached district view use those same published rows. This page does not compute a new average. A state-by-state table is not published here: the saved State view of this workbook only cached one district.

How to read the columns. Average days to complete (ADC), fiscal year to date, is the workbook’s published average for the rating bundle completed at that station from the start of the fiscal year through the report date. ADC month to date is the same measure for the current month in that workbook. Average days pending (ADP) is the workbook’s published average age of claims still pending at that station. Completed and pending counts are the workbook’s published counts. A missing cell stays Not published. None of these cells is a promise about one veteran’s file. We do not file.
